This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong group consolidations experience to join a dynamic business in a key role. Our client is seeking someone who is available to start as soon as possible and can support the finance function through a period of continued growth and development.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, the Group Management Accountant will take ownership of consolidated reporting, month-end processes, and delivering high-quality financial information to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities of the Group Management Accountant will include:
- Preparing monthly group management accounts and consolidated financial reports.
- Managing the group consolidation process across multiple entities.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
- Producing financial analysis, commentary, and variance reporting.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supporting statutory reporting and audit requirements.
- Ensuring financial controls and processes are maintained and continuously improved.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial financial support.
- Managing intercompany and group consolidation activities across multiple entities.
The ideal Group Management Accountant will:
- Be fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Have previous experience in a Group Management Accountant or similar role.
- Possess strong group consolidations experience.
- Have excellent technical accounting knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
- Be available to start at short notice or immediately.
