We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Analyst to join a growing organisation in the Reading area. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, commercial analysis, and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess commercial risks and opportunities
- Support pricing, bids, and business cases with clear financial insights
- Review and validate data inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable outputs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams
- Continuously improve modelling processes and outputs
