We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to enhance the educational experience of pupils, particularly those with special educational needs or learning difficulties. LSA's work closely with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. LSA's may provide individual support, group support or deliver intervention sessions. Full time and part time hours available Monday to Friday to meet the needs of the School. Some flexibility on days depending upon hours. 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Skills & Experience / Qualifications
- Experience of working with SEND pupils or as a teaching assistant;
- Good oral, written and ICT communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, adapt and meet deadlines;
- Excellent inter-personal skills including a willingness to accept positive criticism; the ability to listen to and empathise with others; sensitivity and discretion;
- High levels of commitment, motivation, energy and enthusiasm;
- The ability to think creatively and to solve problems;
- An awareness of when to seek advice and support.
