Reporting to: Upholstery Head of Department
Location: Clayton, Bradford. BD14 6LT
Type: Full Time & Permanent
40 Hours Per Week
Monday to Thursday: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am to 1.30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of motion furniture mechanisms & finished products using hand & power tools
- Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet targets & strict deadlines
- Perform manual handling & lifting tasks
- Follow all safe working practices & maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Provide support in other production areas when required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience of using a variety of hand and power tools
- The ability to consistently produce a very high standard of product
- Be able to manually lift & handle heavy loads
- Possess effective communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work
