We’re recruiting a Maintenance Methods Manager to lead a high‑performing team and elevate our maintenance strategy across the site. You’ll drive TPM & RCM, deliver engineering improvements, and help shape a culture of operational excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real responsibility, influence, and visibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading a team of Maintenance Methods Engineers
- Developing and deploying TPM & RCM strategies across the plant
- Creating standardised maintenance procedures and robust work instructions
- Coaching engineers and upskilling the wider maintenance organisation
- Managing engineering improvement projects (tools, equipment, processes)
- Supporting root cause analysis & rapid problem‑solving
- Minimising downtime by supporting reactive maintenance when needed
Your work will directly influence plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.
What You Bring:- HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years as a Maintenance Manager, Methods Manager, or Facilities Manager in a manufacturing setting
- Strong experience with TPM, RCM, lean or CI methodologies
- Skilled in structured problem‑solving (RCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Able to manage engineering projects on time & within budget
- Confident leader who can motivate, mentor, and develop a team
- Excellent planning, organisation & communication skills
- A major role in shaping maintenance strategy
- Leadership of a skilled, ambitious engineering team
- Opportunities to step up into Senior Manager roles
- Real impact on plant performance & reliability
