I am currently recruiting for a CNC Operator / Setter to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a precision engineering environment, supporting the production of high-quality components across a range of industries.
Due to continued growth, investment, and new project wins, my client is looking to expand its machining team with individuals who take pride in quality and precision.
You will be responsible for:
- The setup and operation of CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components to exact specifications.
- Ensuring all parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Performing routine machine maintenance.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
- Working with minimal supervision and supporting other departments when needed.
Experience required:
- Experience in CNC setting and/or operation (milling or turning).
- Understanding of CNC methods and basic programming.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
