I am looking for a proactive and organised IT Coordinator to join a growing Digital Business Support Team. This is a hands-on, highly varied role where you will take full ownership of all IT hardware management across the business — from asset lifecycle control, device setup, and redeployment, through to troubleshooting and onsite technical support. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, helping users navigate the correct support channels and working closely with an external managed services provider to make sure issues are resolved in line with agreed SLAs. Working alongside the Executive Assistant and Operations Team, you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and contribute to continuous improvement across the company’s IT environment.
