Sherborne Schools Group seeks an experienced Group Estates Operations Manager to lead the delivery of safe, well-presented facilities across our school sites. You will drive high standards in housekeeping, grounds, waste management, porterage and event support, working with a team of managers to ensure consistent, pupil-centered environments.
You will report to the Director of Estates, oversee budgets, performance of contractors, and continuous improvements in service delivery.
