We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Mentor to join our friendly and inclusive primary school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils academically and emotionally, helping them to thrive in a positive, caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one or with small groups to support learning across curriculum
- Support pupils to achieve their potential
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and learning strategies
- Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (KS2) in a school or support setting
- Empathetic, patient and committed to inclusion
