We’re entering an exciting new chapter, with significant investment behind us and ambitious growth plans ahead — and now we’re looking for a driven Clients Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role based in London, combining:

  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Proactively winning new business across the UK advertising marketplace

You’ll work with both media agencies and direct clients, selling impactful outdoor campaigns and building long-term partnerships. It’s a role with real autonomy, visible impact, and huge room to grow alongside the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of existing advertising accounts, maximising revenue and client satisfaction
  • Prospecting and securing new clients from agencies and direct brands across the UK
  • Owning the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitch to close and campaign delivery
  • Building strong relationships with key agency contacts and decision makers
  • Creating compelling proposals and responding to briefs
  • Hitting (and smashing) revenue targets
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborating closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Spotting new market opportunities and helping shape our commercial strategy

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience in media sales
  • A strong sales background — you know how to open doors and close deals
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and/or direct clients
  • Confident communicator with great presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities

Nice to Have

  • Existing agency or brand contacts
  • Experience in media sales or business development
  • CRM experience / Salesforce
