The impact you’ll make

The Marketing Executive at Sheraton Heathrow is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s rooms, meetings & events spaces, food & beverage outlets, and brand presence. This role focuses on driving revenue, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing guest engagement in line with Marriott International standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure that all marketing activity is communicated to key stakeholders on the property.
  • Activate hotel activation packs for all marketing activity to ensure campaigns are pulled through to a property level on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.
  • Activate social media channels using Marriott’s Social Media Monitoring and Management partner, Sprinklr, including creation of content calendars, organic and paid social media activation, reporting and analysis.
  • Audit and maintain ongoing reviews of property photography requirements.
  • Oversee property photo shoots, provide brand photographic guidelines, liaise with brand‑approved photographers, provide sample photography and guidance on use of the photography playbook, and conduct photography audits.
  • Provide marketing support for properties and outlets undergoing renovation.
  • Manage local hotel email tool usage and execution, including reporting on usage and quality of content.
  • Manage and update the hotel website, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
  • Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create regular content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Audit OTA’s and third‑party websites.

Professional Skills

  • 1–2 years relevant marketing experience, ideally managing different brands.
  • Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken.
  • A natural ability with social media, especially Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
