The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a part time male Spa Attendant to look after the Male Locker Rooms. This role involves working 8 hours per week on 1 day out of 7, including weekend work and shift coverage from 06:00 to 22:30.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards of maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the spa operation—including changing areas, poolside, thermal suite, gym and treatment floors.
- Support spa therapists, receptionists and the fitness team, and provide a constant presence for guests and members by assisting with their needs and requests.
- Be aware of all facilities offered and any promotions available at any given time.
- Assist with tours, showing facilities as required.
- Adhere to training set down by your manager or supervisor.
- Always be punctual and prepared in advance.
- Ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen.
- Receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to health and safety at work and health and hygiene standards are implemented and monitored.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by your manager or supervisor.
- Display courtesy to guests and other staff at all times.
- Attend to guests throughout the entire spa operation.
- Ensure guest areas, including locker areas and fitness areas, are kept clean and up to standard, following the Commitment to Clean guidelines.
