The award‑winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist. Extensive training will be provided, covering a wide range of treatments such as massage, facials, hot stone, body and pre‑natal treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality spa treatments in a five‑star environment.
- Maintain equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas; supervise safety and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.
- Assume daily responsibility for retail sales, treatments and upselling.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
Qualifications:
- HND in Beauty Therapy or similar; NVQ Level 3/SVQ Level 7 in Beauty Therapy minimum.
- Experience as a therapist in a luxury five‑star spa is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent understanding of client care and five‑star treatment standards.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work hours.
- Impeccable personal presentation and genuine interest in holistic spa treatments.
- Committed, enthusiastic and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work reactively and proactively; as part of a dedicated team.
- Weekend work required.
