As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security and well-being of our guests, associates, visitors and hotel assets. Acting as a visible and professional presence throughout the property, you will help maintain a secure environment while delivering exceptional service in line with Marriott's commitment to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents and emergencies, monitoring security systems, supporting health and safety procedures, and assisting guests and associates with professionalism and care. Our Security team is at the heart of creating a safe and welcoming environment where guests can relax and enjoy their stay with confidence.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service alongside robust security standards. While primarily based within the Security Department, you will work closely with teams across the hotel, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Engineering and Events, providing support during daily operations, VIP visits and special events. This offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to luxury hospitality operations while developing your skills within one of London's most iconic hotel environments.
