The award‑winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist. Extensive training will be provided, covering a wide range of treatments such as massage, facials, hot stone, body and pre‑natal treatments.
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality spa treatments in a five‑star environment.
Maintain equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas; supervise safety and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.
Assume daily responsibility for retail sales, treatments and upselling.
Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
Qualifications
HND in Beauty Therapy or similar; NVQ Level 3/SVQ Level 7 in Beauty Therapy minimum.
Experience as a therapist in a luxury five‑star spa is a distinct advantage.
Excellent understanding of client care and five‑star treatment standards.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Flexible and adaptable to varying work hours.
Impeccable personal presentation and genuine interest in holistic spa treatments.
Committed, enthusiastic and customer‑focused.
Ability to work reactively and proactively; as part of a dedicated team.
Weekend work required.
