Your day to day
- You will provide exceptional, personalised service to Club Lounge guests, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience throughout their visit.
- You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club Lounge, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of hospitality across food and beverage service.
- You will maintain excellent presentation of the lounge environment, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, product availability and service standards are consistently upheld.
- You will proactively assist guests with food and beverage requests, replenish lounge offerings, and anticipate guest needs to enhance their overall experience.
- You will follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures while supporting colleagues and the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
- You will contribute to creating an exclusive and professional lounge atmosphere that reflects the brand's service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Supporting all F&B outlets
As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, colleagues may also have the opportunity to support other outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This allows team members to broaden their experience, develop new skills and gain exposure to a variety of service styles within one of London's most prestigious hospitality environments.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end and discerning international clientele.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- One to two years of experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, F&B, or high-end guest service environment is highly desirable.
