As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional start to our guests' day. Working as part of a talented kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency, freshness and outstanding standards at every service. From classic breakfast favourites to English and Italian-inspired morning offerings, you will take pride in creating memorable dining experiences through excellent food and attention to detail.

While primarily based at Mercante, you may also have the opportunity to support other Food & Beverage outlets and kitchen operations within the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
