Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is seeking an experienced and passionate Banqueting Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional events and banqueting experiences within one of London's most iconic luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Banqueting department, ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and other large-scale events.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and effective problem resolution.
- Manage labour costs, productivity, and departmental budgets while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food safety, and company policies.
- Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Banqueting Operations Manager, Assistant Banqueting Manager, or similar leadership role within a high-volume 5-star hotel.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale conferences, gala dinners, weddings, and corporate events.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
