Your day to day
You will supervise and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the outlet. You will coach, train and motivate associates, helping to create a positive, high‑performing team culture. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. You will maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements and operational procedures, while supporting the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
Supporting all F&B outlets
As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, colleagues may also have the opportunity to support other outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This allows team members to broaden their experience, develop new skills and gain exposure to a variety of service styles within one of London's most prestigious hospitality environments. Prior experience in a similar environment is a must. Only candidates with valid right to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
