As our next Reception Duty Manager:
- You will show excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through your people.
- You will work hand in hand with the Reception Manager, delivering a seamless experience at the reception desk for every guest as well as dealing with any queries that may arise, related to your department or not.
- Passion for your guests and your team is an essential skill, as is a real interest in cultivating and nurturing the performance of your team, as you will assist in motivating, training and developing the people around you.
