The Role As Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind how we tell our story and build trust. You’ll work closely with Dr Davies to create a clear, compelling brand presence, while crafting content that speaks powerfully to both women navigating their health journey- and the developers designing tools to support them. While the current budget reflects our early-stage growth, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a longer-term leadership position as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Shape and evolve the SheRanked brand voice across platforms and channels. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a values-led approach. Create engaging, educational content that builds community trust and developer confidence. Translate complex health topics into accessible messaging that empowers users. Collaborate with the founder and advisors to align medical accuracy with ethical clarity. Lead audience growth and strategic partnerships across women’s health networks. Use data to evaluate reach, refine strategy, and build meaningful engagement. Who This Role is For 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a healthtech, wellness, or ethical startup. A strong strategic communicator and storyteller who understands nuance and care. Confident working independently, with initiative and responsiveness.
