Responsibilities of the Health & Safety Trainer will include
- Facilitate sessions at training centres, client site nationwide, or remotely via Teams/Zoom.
- Deliver accredited courses such as IOSH, CITB, Highfield, BOHS, ECITB, IATP, EUSR, and more.
- Prepare course materials, venues, and training aids for upcoming courses.
- Maintain records of the courses you've delivered, ensuring that you comply with the requirements of the designated scheme.
- Provide peer support to fellow trainers and conduct practice observations.
- Assist in the development of both existing and new training materials.
- Maintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a consistent and professional training service
Qualifications
- Proven health and safety experience, ideally with medium and higher risk industries. (Mandatory)
- NEBOSH General certificate (Mandatory)
- Level 3 award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Membership of IOSH (Minimum of Tech IOSH) (Mandatory)
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (Desirable)
- BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings (Desirable)
