We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to support three fantastic hotel properties. - Winchester Royal Hotel
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, multi-site operational HR role requiring regular travel between properties and on-site presence to effectively support hotel teams. As Cluster HR Business Partner, you will work closely with General Managers and departmental leaders across all three hotels, providing expert HR guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Advising managers on employee relations matters
- Driving employee engagement and wellbeing programmes
- Supporting learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Assisting with performance management and succession planning
- Supporting payroll and HR administration processes where required
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
About You:
- Previous HR experience within hospitality or a multi-site environment
- Confidence managing employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
- Based in the Southeast of England and able to travel regularly between all three hotel properties
- Flexibility to stay overnight at properties when required
- Understanding that this is a fully operational, site-based role and not a remote position
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred
