Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front-of-house duties to ensure Reception runs efficiently.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Distributing telephone and answering-machine messages.
- Arranging client appointments and adding to the Case Management System.
- Processing debit card payments.
- Supporting the office with administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, filing).
- Data Entry: Court Duty date entry to Case Management System.
- Delivery of outgoing post.
- Ensuring office stationery and kitchen supplies are stocked.
- Complying with confidentiality and GDPR.
- Health & Safety and Fire Safety requirements.
- Fire warden & H&S duties.
Experience:
- Previous Receptionist experience.
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
- Strong IT literacy and communication skills.
- Team player with a good collaborative work ethic.
Hours of work: 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday / 35 hours per week). Office-based role. Flexi-time / working from home are not available.
