Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination on large-scale UK BIM Framework projects, applying BS EN ISO 19650‑2 standards.
- Collaborate with the BIM and Design Technologies team to develop and maintain BIM execution plans.
- Produce and review BIM deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with project specifications.
- Provide BIM leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating design integration and dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of architectural industry experience, with at least 2 years specifically as a BIM Coordinator on large projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture (3–5 years) and solid understanding of key Revit functionality; Dynamo experience desirable.
