We are recruiting for Senior Architects and Associates who have experience with Life Science typology to join our London offices. This is an excellent and unique opportunity to be part of an experienced and talented team technically designing and delivering signature projects within the sector (UK).
The ideal candidate would be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering laboratories in line with Technical and Qualitative Brief. Working with and managing the consultant team, client representative, contractor (including supply chain) and wider client team.
Experience & Skills- Experience of laboratory design or design of other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms is required.
- RIBA Stage 4 Delivery
- 2-5 years post qualification experience
- Good design and technical skills
- Excellent organisational, communications and client-facing skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- Strong Revit skills essential
- ARB/RIBA/RIAS registered
- UK experienced
