We are recruiting for Architects and Senior Architects who have experience with Life science typology to join our London offices. The is an excellent & unique opportunity to be part of an experienced and talented team technically designing and delivering signature projects within the sector (UK).
The ideal candidate would be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering laboratories in line with Technical & Qualitative Brief. Working with and managing the consultant team, client representative, Contractor (incl. supply chain) and wider client team.
Please note Revit experience is essential.
Experience & Skills
- Experience of laboratory design or design of other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms is required.
- RIBA Stage 4 Delivery
- 2-5 years post qualification experience
- Good design and technical skills
- Excellent organisational, communications and client-facing skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- Strong Revit skills essential
- ARB/RIBA/RIAS registered
- UK experienced
