An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced, growing department as a Graduate Commercial Property Manager. This is an integral role within the team, offering the chance to make a real impact as we expand. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented graduate who is keen to develop their career in commercial property management. You will be supported to learn on the job while managing a varied portfolio with confidence and growing precision. The candidate will be supported towards successfully obtaining their chartered status through the successful completion of their APC.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lease reading and tracking compliance with key covenants.
  • Supporting property inspections and identifying maintenance or H&S issues.
  • Helping with credit control, including chasing arrears and reconciling accounts.
  • Assisting with service charge implementation and budget administration.
  • Acting as a point of contact for tenant liaison.
  • Maintaining organised records and managing multiple tasks.
  • Preparing reports for clients and senior management.
