Are you a 360 generalist sector recruiter with a proven record of success in the following job sectors – Administration, Management, Finance/Accounts, HR, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, IT?
You will definitely have a proven sales and new business development track record with your own clients and therefore be able to maximise on this unique opportunity to earn 55% commission.
We are seeking results driven, highly motivated self-starters with the ability to manage the end to end recruitment process with both clients and candidates. The position offers you ‘work from home flexibility’ and the autonomy to prioritise your own business objectives coupled with advice and support when needed.
We provide you with an extensive list of resources and support, including:
- CRM System (client and candidate databases, email templates, reports, records, terms of business, contracts, etc)
- Remote Desktop Access, M/S Pro Office Suite (you provide your PC / laptop)
- Job Board and Website advertising platforms
- Digital direct and social media marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
- Onboarding programme and ongoing management support
- Full back office service – business / legal advice, system / IT support, invoicing, credit control, etc
