We are looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a busy Accounts Department predominantly dealing with Plant Invoices. A well-established civil engineering firm who are growing rapidly need an extra pair of hands in accounts. This role would be perfect for someone looking for part time work, there is flexibility around days / hours worked.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting of invoice data
- Dealing with queries and supplier phone calls
- Reconciling statements
- Raising payments
We are looking for someone with experience in Purchase Ledger and invoice inputting who would enjoy working in a busy office.
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 2.30 pm or 9 am - 3 pm (can be flexible on start and finish time as long as 6 hours covered daily)
Working Days: 3 days a week (these can be flexible) for a suitable candidate
Package:
- Kempston
- 6 hours a day / 3 days a week
- Competitive Salary - £21,667 pro rata
- Annual Leave 20 days per annum (based on a pro rata full time equivalent of 33 days). 20 days includes a pro-rata for bank holidays.
