We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant to work within a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Wimbledon. This is a full-time position and is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for working with children. No qualifications are required for this role.

Salary: Basic salary ranging from £22,500 per year to £26,000 per year
Hours: Full time
About the Role: This is a hands-on role supporting qualified nursery staff in the day-to-day care and development of children. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with play-based learning activities
- Interacting positively with children and encouraging their social and emotional development
- Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes, playtime and rest periods
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Supporting children with personal care where required
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality childcare
- Following nursery policies and procedures at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents
