We are recruiting on behalf of a fully private, high-end dental practice in the Richmond/Twickenham area, known for its outstanding reputation, exceptional dentist, and a genuinely supportive management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing practice where quality of care and team culture come first.

We are looking for a Head Dental Nurse to lead their nursing team and help maintain the practice's excellent standards. We'd love to hear from experienced Head Nurses — but we're just as keen to hear from experienced Dental Nurses ready to step up into their first Head Nurse role. If you've got the drive, the standards, and a bit of natural leadership in you, this could be the perfect next step.

About the Role

  • Providing hands-on chairside dental nursing support to the dentist
  • Leading and supporting the dental nursing team on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensuring full CQC compliance across the practice
  • Acting as a key point of contact for compliance and quality standards
  • Working closely with an amazing dentist and practice manager in a positive, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

  • Good working knowledge of, or willingness to get to grips with, CQC compliance
  • Computer literate, with confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SOE Exact software is a plus
  • A natural leader who is equally comfortable as a hands-on team player
  • GDC registration (required)
