Nursery Practitioner in Croydon, Surrey

Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or Level 3
Location: Croydon and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in nurseries across Croydon and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is committed to supporting their development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Plan and take part in age appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
• Observe, assess and record childrens progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times
• Support children with personal care routines where required
• Work effectively as part of a nursery team

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient and positive attitude
• Commitment to providing high quality care and education
