Our client, a charming family-run business spanning three generations and based in St Neots, is looking to welcome a skilled CNC Setter Operator and Programmer to their team. With over 50 years of trading, they are renowned for delivering high-quality machining solutions, both conventional and CNC, to a diverse and loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities:- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately
- Load materials and ensure production runs smoothly
- Monitor machining processes and carry out quality checks to meet high standards
- Collaborate with the team to support ongoing projects and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and quality
- You bring a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar CNC setting and programming role
- Ideally experienced with WinMax and Siemens systems
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
