Our client, a well-respected and successful Marketing organisation seeks a Client Account Manager (reporting to the Account Team Leader) to develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts. The role is the primary face of the business; you will be a ‘people person’ with a genuine interest in building relationships and understanding clients’ requirements.
The Role
- Manage client expectation, provide internal support provision and manage your own time
- Maintaining contact and respond quickly to clients by e-mail, phone and face to face
- Holding regular review meetings with clients
- Producing regular client reports for internal use
- Providing information for the monitoring and management of client profitability
- Briefing and checking invoices for clients ensuring the profitability of client accounts
- Assisting with the compilation of departmental reports
