Do you have 360 commercial recruitment consultant agency skills, the drive and the passion to run your own recruitment business? Shepherd Stubbs has a unique opportunity for you!
Joining the team initially as one of our freelance self-employed recruitment consultants earning you 55% placement commission, you will then (after a 12-18 month period) move into a full directorship and be a stakeholder in the company and be able to shape its future plans as one of a senior team of 4 directors.
Shepherd Stubbs’ 38 year legacy has now evolved into a growing network of remote-working freelance recruitment specialists and is the latest development of the business positioning itself perfectly for revenue growth and expansion.
You will have the following resources available to you:
- CRM System (client and candidate databases, email templates, reports, records, terms of business, contracts, etc)
- Remote Desktop Access, M/S Pro Office Suite (you provide your PC / laptop)
- Job Board and Website advertising platforms
- Digital direct and social media marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
- On boarding programme and ongoing management support
- Full back office service – business / legal advice, system / IT support, invoicing, credit control, etc

We seek an experienced, high performing 360 commercial sector recruitment consultant with the ability to develop, maximise and convert generalist / commercial office vacancies (in the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire region in particular), and to develop new client relationships through proactive business development.
