What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Services Executive:
- First point of contact for client, customer and carrier queries — by phone, email and our ticketing system
- Sorting out order updates, delivery tracking and proof-of-despatch requests
- Supporting our Account Managers with admin, job bags and client documentation
- Keeping our systems accurate and up to date
- Working closely with teams across the business to get things done
What We're Looking For in a Customer Services Executive:
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- A calm head and a genuine passion for customer service
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and happy to learn new systems
- Organised, accurate and able to juggle a few things at once
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Previous customer service, admin or order management experience is a bonus — but not essential, full training provided
- Own transport essential
