We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Logistics Assistant to join this successful and well-regarded organisation. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, including the handling of repairs, managing course stock, and coordinating the dispatch and return of devices for repairs, loans, and training courses.

Key Responsibilities - Logistics Assistant
  • Repair Coordination: Book in repairs from customers and ensure accurate logging in the system. Liaise with technicians and customers to provide updates on repair progress. Ensure timely dispatch and return of repaired devices.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of course stock and loan equipment. Prepare and pack devices required for training courses and events. Conduct regular stock checks and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Logistics Operations: Coordinate the shipment of loan devices, ensuring delivery timelines are met. Arrange the collection and return of course equipment and devices. Ensure all logistics processes adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Support: Communicate effectively with customers to arrange the collection and return of devices. Address any logistics-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping and receiving. Provide regular updates to management regarding stock levels and logistics performance.
Requirements - Logistics Assistant
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in logistics, stock management, or a similar role is desirable.
