Responsibilities
- Operate brewhouse and fermentation equipment to produce high-quality beer.
- Monitor brewing and fermentation processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Carry out routine checks and record data to maintain quality standards.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative production team.
- Hours
Full-time, shift-based role (including some weekends).
