Located on Bank Street in the heart of Sevenoaks town centre, the Restoration is perfectly placed for a bite to eat or a drink while shopping.

Dating back to 1616, the pub boasts a stylish, contemporary look, while retaining its traditional feel.

The Restoration offers large al fresco seating area, which is a popular spot for watching the world go by and the pub is renowned for its delicious menu, all cooked to order using local ingredients wherever possible.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning to service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to achieve high standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to company specifications.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Drive innovation through menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
