Where You’ll Be Working

Urban Reef is a contemporary Bournemouth seaside bar and restaurant located next to the beach on Boscombe Promenade. It is a stylish two-storey venue comprising a bar, café, deli and restaurant and boasts stunning panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay from the Isle of Wight to the Purbecks and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organised dining area and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
