Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time, seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us until September. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect job for you.

Located in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers a seaside escape with 18 luxurious bedrooms, some with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax in the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with sea views.

At Shepherd Neame, we value first impressions. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and excellent service at all times.

No previous hospitality experience is necessary. If you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can provide training to equip you with everything you need to succeed.
