Where You’ll Be Working
Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since Tudor times. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st‑century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs on its doorstep.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organised dining area and uphold hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
