The Marine Hotel is seeking part-time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join our team. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy a busy role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Marine Hotel is a beautiful coastal retreat in Kent, located just outside Whitstable on Tankerton Slopes. The hotel features 30 spacious bedrooms with sea views or private balconies, and the historic Grade II Listed building has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. Guests can dine in our relaxed bar and lounge or in the formal restaurant, and our function rooms are popular for weddings, meetings, and events.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions are important. You will play a key role in welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

If you lack previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
