Shepherd Neame is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wish to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Located in the scenic coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers a seaside escape with 18 luxurious rooms, some with sea-view balconies. Guests can enjoy dining at the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax at the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with sea views.
As a brand ambassador, your role will include supporting management, undertaking duty manager shifts, and leading our team to deliver exceptional service. No prior hospitality experience? No problem! We value qualities like enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and we will provide training to help you succeed.
