Shepherd Neame is looking for a part time Chef to join our kitchen team. The Market House is located in the heart of Maidstone, Kent's County Town, opposite the Hazlitt Theatre and next to Fremlin Walk shopping precinct. The historic pub boasts a large roof top terrace overlooking Fremlin Walk, and a covered alfresco drinking and dining area to the front of the building, renowned locally for its live music every weekend.

We know that excellent chefs are the key ingredient to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our friendly and supportive kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience to our customers. Previous catering experience would be beneficial; however, if you haven’t got experience, please do not worry. As long as you love food, are confident, motivated, and a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
