Where You’ll Be Working
Perched at the top of Tankerton Slopes, the Royal serves fresh food and drink with amazing panoramic sea views. The pub’s garden offers one of the best vantage points in the area, boasting magnificent clifftop setting with views across the Thames Estuary. The restaurant is renowned for delicious British dishes, with a raft of delectable daily specials making the most of local ingredients.
What You’ll Do
- Wash and maintain kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils to the highest standards.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling responsibly.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
