Samuel Pepys is a busy riverside London pub located on the North Bank of the Thames between Cannon Street and Blackfriars.

A hidden gem in the heart of the City, the stylish loft-style bar and restaurant boasts spectacular river views and our busy function room is a popular venue for meetings and events in the area.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Take responsibility for your section, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
  • Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
