DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Be part of the step change in Shepherd Neame’s digital presence by creating 1-2 pieces of brand social content each week for the Company’s channels, with support from the Brands team. Over time, scale up content creation efforts, requiring occasional out-of-office time for on-location shoots Oversee the marketing inbox and address customer queries efficiently, with support from the Brands team Create a comprehensive collection of images and videos for social media and other brand promotional materials. This content will be generated during scheduled off-site days each week Design and deliver 3-5 pieces of monthly generic content tailored for the pub network, supporting the brand’s overall marketing objectives Stay ahead of social media trends, identifying opportunities for the business and brand to implement these trends into our marketing efforts Deliver two brand-focused email campaigns per month using the CRM platform Airship, ensuring consistent communication with the target audience Provide monthly deep dives on the competitive set, including social media activity, newsletters, and brand launches, offering actionable insights to inform strategy Collect and process point-of-sale (POS) requests, working with the Brands Marketing Manager and Commercial Coordinator to ensure timely fulfilment Process the entering of Shepherd Neame’s products into beer awards, coordinating product distribution and entries with the Brands Marketing Manager Create and upload banners for Shepherd Neame online ordering platform, ensuring consistent and visually appealing content Assist the Brand Manager in the development of marketing assets for various initiatives, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives Provide support for event activation activities, helping to coordinate brand representation at key events Serve as the key person responsible for managing and maintaining the Shepherd Neame online ordering platform and online brand asset management platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective for brand engagement Collaborate with the Brands Manager to organise and manage the brand asset storage area THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and produce engaging visual content Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and supports collective goals Strong ability to spot emerging trends and leverage them to strengthen brand presence and strategy Thrives in fast-paced environments, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines.
