Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time Bar Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this traditional pub in Masons Hill, Bromley, offers a warm welcome, excellent ales, and proper pub food. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy the big match or a leisurely lunch, just a short walk from Bromley’s town centre and The Glades shopping centre.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in our business by welcoming customers warmly and delivering great service at every opportunity.

If you have no previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.
